1.<About us>
“Car(Auto) dealer TOMITA Corporation & the leader Kuniaki Tomita profile”
For twenty years, car dealer Tomita was established in 1985. Since 1988,
we have started to export oversea. Our capital stock has about 30,000,000
yen. Main office is located in Okayama, and the other one is in Hyogo.
Kuniaki Tomita, who is the head of the company, started the car dealer
Tomita after he worked in Isuzu Keiretsu group. At the same time, he had
experienced several projects of USS Okayama and Osaka as the executive
director. |

| The USS is largest used car Auction Company in Japan. In 1995, he attempted to open the USS Okayama, and then he started on the project of USS Osaka. Two years later, the USS Osaka project had succeeded in 2001. While he operated the project, he developed franchise Rabbit which is a total car dealer in Osaka. It was about 49 stores. He also managed exporting used car to oversea especially, china and Soutb-East Asia in Osaka harbor. Therefore, the harbor became the active harbor for exporting used car with Osaka harbor master. |
2.<We are exporter!>
Car dealer Tomita has been Exporting since 15 years ago. We have own
root of export to 80 countries mainly such as Russia, New Zealand, and
Britain. The popular color is Red, Green, Yellow, and Silver. White and
Black color are unpopular(It’s depend on each Country.) Mission vehicle
is more common than Automatic. However, there are several hardships such
as tariff and environmental regulation. For example, in Japan, most cars
has right handle. According to the tariff, exportable car is only 3～5
years used car. In recent years, Japanese car is getting more popular all

3.<Progress of a-collect system by SME>
We have experienced the leading edge of distribution of used car in USS.
Corp which is major company in distribution of used car in Japan. With
this experience we realized that providing any data such as accurately
assessed data and data that passed a checking system for mileage wipes
buyers’ doubt and grad their trust.
Essentially, used cars are recycle products that are actually cheap, but they have much value-added. Therefore, there are more than 5,000 problems reported to consumer association in a year. However, showing data and opening the market may decrease the number of the problems. This system is much different from online auction. We developed this system by reasonable price based on major auction price(the highest bid price) as an advisor. Buyers can get a car with reliable data, costumer sports and service for us.
This is a-collect system. This system has been authorized by New Small
and Medium Enterprise Basic Law(SME) in Dec 15. 2004. Start working soon.

<How this work>
◆Select your car
First, you research how much your car and contract price in the auto
auction from 2 million data. You can understand the exact price and see
how much it is cheaper than general counter price.

◆Decide your price
In the following previous data, you fill out your request price including model, year, color, mileage, history(accident), and inspection.

◆Start the research(Research fee 20,000 yen)
For the research your preference, you need service charge 20,000 yen
after the contract with us. The service charge is for the national-wide research
in the auto auction every week.

◆Select your satisfied car
We research your request car from twelve million cars in the national-wide
auction places. As soon as we find it, we contact you. And then we explain
where it comes from, when it reaches you, and etc. If it is available
to visit our office, you can check the car on the screen. You decide whether
you want to purchase or not.

◆Bid a high price
We bid a lower price, which is your request price. After that, we immediately
tell the price and result. If it was unavailable to bid your price, we
would tell you how much successful bidder gets it.
